What I read and listened to in February | no. 2
treating + managing pain, imperfectionism, & the biggest risk to our happiness
Welcome back to WIRALT, a monthly roundup of the books and podcasts that impacted me most over the past month! For more background, see the first edition.
If you have advice for how I can make these more helpful in the future, please respond to this email or leave a comment! The more you help me, the more I can help you.
a quick, timely aside
BTW - today is the last day for 75% off my signature coaching program, Metamorphosis. If the things I write about here resonate with you, I made this program for you. It’s the support I wish I had 5 years ago when I got started on my journey toward uncovering the joyful woman you see today. You get 12 private sessions with me and so much more for $500 ($2000 as of tomorrow). I can’t express what a steal this is. More details here.

on February
I needed more space for silence and thoughts this past month, but the punch of what I did listen to was HUGE. Quality > quantity. I’ll be coming back to these episodes and their lessons for a long time. I already re-listened to one of them!
I’ll be replaying this quote in particular for a long, long time, if not forever:
Failure is feedback. Feedback is knowledge. And knowledge is power.
Some food for thought as you read the below:
what do you agree with?
disagree with?
feel struck by?
I’d love to discuss. Just drop a comment, reply to this email, or DM me here on Substack (a new feature! wooo!).
ALRIGHT! Shall we dive in!?
sorted by podcasts first, then books, some of which I listen to as audiobooks.
