Welcome back to WIRALT, a monthly roundup of the books and podcasts that impacted me most over the past month! For more background, see the first edition.

If you have advice for how I can make these more helpful in the future, please respond to this email or leave a comment! The more you help me, the more I can help you.

I spent a lot of May thinking about, practicing, and as you’ll see below, listening to content about presence. This dovetailed nicely with me starting a “low tech” month where I’ve been limiting my technology usage to essential purposes (work, meetings, music/podcasts, & connecting with friends and family back in the U.S.). It’s been a very wonderful experience and one I’ll definitely be extending beyond the one month mark (June 13th)!

I’m “magically” spending way more time doing the things that make my soul feel happy and fulfilled, like playing boardgames, taking photos on a real camera, painting, reading, and writing by hand. These are the things that come through whenever I do future-self visualizations.

ALRIGHT! Shall we dive in!?

sorted by podcasts first, then books, some of which I listen to as audiobooks.
